of Duelling Pianos
on Saturday, October 12th.
Two performances available to ensure you're home to enjoy your
Thanksgiving celebrations. Enjoy Eddie and Quincy's
beautiful arrangements for two pianos highlighted by interesting
and amusing commentary about their father and son relationship
and their unique family history. This captivating and
enlightening show features the Bullen's' extraordinary
interpretations of some best loved jazz and contemporary music.
They will relive key moments that shaped their relationship as
the father pushes his son to be the best that he can be, no
matter the odds.
This show embraces and encourages how we can use music to bring
Pianist, songwriter, arranger and producer Eddie Bullen is, in
every way, a standout amongst the latest generation of
multi-talented artists. Eddie's lengthy career has yielded an
abundance of awards and recognition for his outstanding talents.
From his first album, 'Nocturnal Affair' to his most recent
Havana Nights', Eddie gives his audience a taste of contemporary
jazz, flavoured with Caribbean and Latin rhythms.
20-year old jazz pianist Quincy Bullen follows in the
footsteps of his Juno award-winning father,
Eddie Bullen. Quincy has become an experienced, adept
keyboardist who puts a charming spin on all his performances.
Extraordinarily talented, with a great sense of timing, Quincy
'wows' audiences across Ontario and the Caribbean. His style is
jazz with a funky vibe. His repertoire includes his own version
of popular standards from jazz, R&B and soul as well as his
